Pelican Cove

Most people desire to make this wonderful condominium community their home

Welcome to Pelican Cove

A warm and relaxed community along the sun-bathed Little Sarasota Bay

Pelican Cove is a hidden gem on 75 acres along Sarasota Bay. You can choose to nest among its 731 condos within six informal neighborhoods. Homeowners look out on views of the waterfront, woods, lawns, gardens, or sparkling pools. The property could easily be mistaken for a botanical garden given its diverse plantings, a bird sanctuary, and all the Vitamin C you could desire beckoning from the citrus grove. Of course, it’s impossible to top the spectacular vistas (and sunsets) across Little Sarasota Bay. Boredom is unheard of in this community, thanks to its sights, sounds, and plenty of space. For example, water enthusiasts will love its 78-slip boat harbor. It has canoe storage, launch docks, electricity, and water.

Pelican Cove isn't just a cluster of buildings — it's a warm community of friends and families. The vibrant, social, and friendly residents can readily volunteer, making it a dream home. Add the social amenities where local people swarm, and you won't look elsewhere for lively activities—no wonder most people desire to make this wonderful condominium community their home.

From the moment you pass the gatehouse at Pelican Cove and enter the exceptionally lush, forested grounds (10,000 trees, but who’s counting), you know you are someplace special.   In sum, this neighborhood community is vibrant, amenity-rich, well-managed, and well-maintained. This I know. I have lived in Pelican Cove for 16 years.
